Areas of Specialty
Gregg has established a broad practice that encompasses a diverse group of clients with different needs and goals. Some of the areas that Gregg has extensive experience in include gaming devices and methods of game play, entertainment technologies, sports apparatuses, semiconductor fabrication, electrical device and circuit design, and mechanical innovations. In addition to helping obtain patents and trademarks for his clients, Gregg has drafted and negotiated licenses to help these clients monetize their concepts. Gregg has worked with Fortune 500 businesses as well as individual inventors.

Besides having a broad background of technical knowledge, Gregg has a keen understanding of a client's perspective. Prior to law school, Gregg designed many award winning slot machines for an industry leading gaming company. During this design work, Gregg was a named inventor on multiple patents and worked closely with attorneys to optimize the scope and content of these patents. In law school, Gregg was awarded the Outstanding Client Advocacy Award for his work representing underserved clients in the Lewis and Clark Legal Clinic, as well as receiving a certificate in Small and Emerging Business Law.
