Steve concentrates his practice on domestic and international patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution; litigation; non-infringement opinions; technology licensing; intellectual property transfers; technology development and collaboration agreements; and intellectual property dispute resolution. He is the managing attorney for several Fortune 500 clients and manages patent portfolios for many mid-size and startup companies. His technical experience includes a variety of electronics, computer science, Internet, telecommunications, automotive, electro-mechanical, and other technologies.

Steve has successfully argued cases before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
